PushPal is operated by Neptechpal. This page explains what we store and why.

Dashboard accounts

When you sign in with Google we store your name, email address and profile picture to identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.

App data you send us

For each device of an app you connect, the SDK sends its push token, platform, app and OS version, device model, locale, timezone, country, notification permission, session count, the user id and data tags your app sets. We use this only to deliver and measure your notifications. You can delete devices or a whole app at any time from the dashboard; deleting an app deletes all of its data.

Firebase credentials

Service-account keys you upload are encrypted at rest and used only to send notifications for that app through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Notification content and tokens are passed to Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (and through it to Apple APNs) to deliver messages.
